A USA made product!
At The Candle Cafe, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. Every candle is hand-poured by skilled artisans who ensure that each one is of the highest quality. We use only the best, sustainable materials to create our candles. We are a paraffin-based candle with materials purchased in the USA. Poisonous lead wicks are not allowed for purchase in the USA. Since we are a hand poured candle you will find a variation in our coloring, it really depends on who is making the candles that day for who likes what shade. We try to keep it close but sometimes we offer scents in different colors too! All wax comes to us white; the shade of coloring has nothing to do with the fragrance of the candle.
Fragrance Oils
We sell our oils as intended for wax and oil melters. The color of oils varies depending on the batch also. We have no control over the color of the oils. We are not the oil manufacture. We do not guarantee our product for use in any other manufacturing process. We will not be held responsible for any product made by others with products they purchased at The Candle Cafe. We do not guarantee availability of oils at any time. We reserve the right to stop selling oils if a crisis in fragrance oil availability happens.
Shipping
While we try our hardest to get your package out the next business day, sometimes we need to make a product for you and it takes an extra day or two. You will receive a tracking number once your product ships. If it doesn't make it no worries, just give us a call. We will track it down!
Other products we sell info
While we can guarantee how our own products we make work, we cannot guarantee other products. For issues with other vender products please call the number on the package. The Candle Cafe is a no refund store. We will exchange unused product for in store credit.
Fundraising and Wholesale
We usually get a fundraising or wholesale order out within a week of receiving your order. We do ask for three weeks to get it to you. Occasionally there is a snag in production, or a team member and sometimes even the weather will stop delivery. Don't worry, we will stay in contact and work with you for the right time to either pickup or deliver. We have handled thousands of fundraisers and wholesale orders.
